Fresh Pasta – Get Cooking

Join Kathryn and Elyse for our ever popular hands-on pasta making class. During our class you’ll each make a batch of your own fresh pasta dough, and learn to cut it two ways. We’ll also be preparing some of Kathryn’s favourite ricotta gnocchi as well as three of our favourite sauces to serve with our pastas: melted tomato sauce for the gnocchi; pesto alla genovese to go with tagliatelle; and a slow cooked duck leg ragu to serve with pappardelle. Then we’ll end the class with a simple dessert before we send you on your way, ready to practice your newly acquired pasta making skills at home.
This class is not suitable for gluten-free diets. Vegetarian substitutions are available on request.
Class Fee: $139 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 4-hour hands on cooking class, a full meal with paired wines, and a recipe pack to take home.
