Banana Almond Roll Ups

Prep 5M | Enjoy in 5M

These banana tortilla roll ups make a great mid-day snack for kids and adults alike. We like using almond butter, which is a good source of protein and vitamin E, but they taste great with all nut butters or WOWBUTTER.

Ingredients:

4 6-inch whole wheat tortillas

½ cup natural almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

½ tsp cinnamon

4 medium bananas

Raisins (optional)

Directions:

  1. Evenly spread 2-4 tbsp almond butter on each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with 1/8 tsp cinnamon and a couple raisins per tortilla.
  2. Straighten banana and place towards one side of each tortilla.
  3. Roll up and set in the fridge for the next day or eat immediately!
