“BACKYARD PIZZA PARTY WITH LIFE’S SIMPLE INGREDIENT” CONTEST

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES 

 

  1. CONTEST PERIOD:

The Backyard Pizza Party with Life’s Simple Ingredient contest (the “Contest”) is being conducted by Alberta Wheat Commission (“AWC”) and ends on May 15, 2022.

  1. ELIGIBILITY:

This contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:

No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest or win.

  1. HOW TO ENTER:
  • Each Entry requires a comment posted on the original contest post on Life’s Simple Ingredient’s Instagram page. One comment must consist of the entrant’s favourite toppings to add to their pizza; additional entries may be gained by tagging friends in comments. Each additional tag equals one additional entry. No limit to additional entries.
  • AWC, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any participant or Entry (and the corresponding submission) from the Contest
  1. PRIZES:

There is 1 prize (the “Prize”) available to be won, consisting of one Ooni Koda Gas Powered Outdoor Pizza Oven with 12″ Perforated Pizza Peel, one $50 CAD gift card to Italian Centre Shop, one KitchenAid Classic Pizza Wheel in Aqua Sky, one Life’s Simple Ingredient apron and one pair of Life’s Simple Ingredient oven mitts with an approximate retail prize value of $550 CAD. All characteristics and features of the Prizes, unless otherwise explicitly described above, are at AWC’s sole and absolute discretion. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by AWC in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at AWC’s option.

  1. General

The Contest is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Contest. Each participant in the Contest shall irrevocably and unconditionally attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

Each participant agrees to abide by these Rules and the decisions of AWC, which are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. AWC reserves the right to modify, amend or terminate this Contest in whole or in part at any time without notice and with no obligation or liability if any factor interferes with its conduct as contemplated by these rules.
