“LIFE’S SIMPLE INGREDIENT” OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
- CONTEST PERIOD:
The Life’s Simple Ingredient Homemade Bread Day contest (the “Contest”) is being conducted by Alberta Wheat Commission (“AWC”) and ends on November 27, 2020.
This contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba who have reached the legal age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest or win.
- HOW TO ENTER:
- Each entry requires a photo posted on Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #LSIBreadDay.
- Each entry requires the participant to follow @lifessimpleingredient (Instagram) or @lifesingredient (Twitter).
- One entry per person.
- AWC, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any participant or entry (and the corresponding submission) from the contest.
There is one prize (the “Prize”) available to be won, consisting of a sourdough bread proofing set and an Emile Henry ceramic bread baker with an approximate retail prize value of $250 CAD. All characteristics and features of the Prize, unless otherwise explicitly described above, are at AWC’s sole and absolute discretion. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable or convertible to cash (except as may be specifically permitted by AWC in its sole and absolute discretion). No substitutions except at AWC’s option.
The Contest is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. The laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable in Alberta govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Contest. Each participant in the Contest shall irrevocably and unconditionally attorn to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
Each participant agrees to abide by these Rules and the decisions of AWC, which are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. AWC reserves the right to modify, amend or terminate this Contest in whole or in part at any time without notice and with no obligation or liability if any factor interferes with its conduct as contemplated by these rules.
