Fire up the grill

July Meal Plan

When we think of summer in Alberta, three things come to mind. Road trips to the mountains (or the lake), 18 hours of sunlight, and of course, epic backyard barbecues. From flatbread to shrimp tacos, this month’s meal plan features five unexpected and delicious recipes for your next barbecue that will have you firing up the grill all summer long. Thanks to our friends at Revive Wellness for developing this nutritionally balanced meal plan.
