April showers bring May flour
May Meal Plan
It’s safe to say that life has changed significantly for the majority of Canadians over the past couple of months. Many Canadians now have to balance the demands of working from home with caring for and educating their children. What’s a good way to keep your kids occupied while we’re staying at home? Cooking and baking! We encourage you to get your kids involved in your meal preparation. Use your time in the kitchen to teach your kids about their food; where it comes from and how it fuels our bodies. For this month’s meal plan, we’ve included some kid-chef recipes and math and science activities so your littles can learn about their cake and eat it too. Thanks to our friends at Revive Wellness for developing this nutritionally balanced meal plan.
